Sunil currently lives in Atlanta. He went to school in California and earned his MBA from the University of California, Berkeley. In his free time he enjoys running with his running clubs.

Nitin is based in Hyderabad, India. In his personal life, Nitin enjoys early morning walks in nature and long road trips, which inspire his curiosity and fresh perspectives.

As Director of Operations at Equifax since 2013, she manages key processes that support compliance, customer success, and operational efficiency. She also serves as Director of Service Operations at Efficient Hire, where she has helped optimize hiring and tax credit solutions for businesses nationwide. Amber is known for her strategic mindset, strong leadership, and commitment to building systems and teams that scale.

Michele Michaels joined HR Screening Services in 2001. Throughout Michele’s career at HR Screening she has worked in every aspect of the business and is now the operations manager. Michele enjoys working with clients to implement the capture of tax credits and has great experience interacting with state tax officials on accurate reporting. When not working with tax credits, Michele loves spending time with her husband Ed, and her two wonderful daughters, you can find her during the summers somewhere near Pittsburgh’s many bodies of water!
